Shipping policy

At Vadyaroot, we process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on the delivery location.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, or courier partner delays beyond our control.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us (RTO). In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, courier disruptions, or regulatory restrictions may occur.
